SITE MANAGEMENT AND INSTALLATION FACILITY

We have six full time site personnel of which two fulfil a supervisory function. If deemed necessary our operations and Quality Director will attend site in certain instances. All site supervisors hold appointed person certificates.

All our site personnel whether they are subcontracted driver fix downs or our own in house resources have at least four years specific and relevant experience. This includes all work procedures relevant to our trade, such as cranage, lifting and all associated health and safety matters.

 The personnel attending site will be in accordance with the above and furthermore will have undergone additional training with professional, registered independent bodies. For example:- National Grid competent persons assessed for knowledge of NGC safety rules in NSI’s 5, 6, 8, 12 certificate; certificate of training in appointed person: practical and theory; safe slinging practice and banksman. Gas network safety passport.

All certificates and credentials are available on request. We have four site vehicles and the dedicated site crews are able to install anywhere in the UK, Southern Ireland, Europe and World Wide.’

· Water soak test (PRS35 Transco)

· Temperature cycling test (PRS35 Transco)

· Impact test (BS EN 596 1995)

· Explosion relief performance (University of Wales)
